Return & Refund Policy

At Jula Enterprises, customer satisfaction is a priority. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns for fresh chopped vegetables once delivered. However, if the product is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged upon delivery.
  • The product did not meet the quality standards as per our description.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Apply for a Refund

  • Email us at support@julaenterprises.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • Attach photos of the product if applicable.
  • We will review your request and notify you of the outcome.
